The planet on high alert

EXCERPT: [...] There is only one common cause for the disasters that are currently occurring in every corner of the world: climate change. With the intensification of emissions, the planet’s climate becomes warmer and warmer, deregulating the rainfall regime, affecting the level and temperature of the sea, and causing irreversible social and environmental impacts. And we humans must assume a significant share of the blame. Direct or indirectly. Whether through the actions of those who insist on using polluting sources for energy production, or through the inaction of those who do not prevent that from happening....

I've been thinking about the weather and watching the apparent relative warmth of northern Canada lately.  They say that reduced temperature gradients causes the jetstream to tend to be more meandering.  Also, Greenland has generally been colder than the North Pole during this summer of 2017.  It seems that the ocean under the North Pole keeps it warmer there while the ice pack under Greenland loses heat during the winter and remains lacking warmth during the summer.   I guess having a cold, relatively heavy air mass above Greenland tends to divert a less stable Jetstream.  Plus the high elevation of Greenland could add to a barrier effect.  It has been appearing that Greenland has been producing an icebox effect on areas to its relatively nearby southwest.  But way further southwest there is like a thermal opposite of Greenland  a store of heat, in the Pacific ocean.  That tends to act as a barrier to keep the jetstream north if it.  The areas of thermal opposite within just several thousand miles of each other seems to result in a very wildly deflected jetstream.

as the planet warms, the precipitation altitude will change.
This will result in vastly more rain for many temperate climates.
Those countrys who have built entire citys on flood plains will be having quite a few issues for the forseable future.
Not to mention the consequential sink holes that will be created.

it is all rather obvious science and been in the discussion boards among scientists for some near 2 decades.
however... those who are in positions of government seem to be not keen to act before big stuff starts to happen, and now the floods in the US and india are probably going to be fairly common occurances.

i would have a guess that this time next year when the weather cycle returns, the next flooding will do some serious hydrolics.

still... it seems the people of some countrys are simply not interested in what the scientists have to say.
its a little biblical in that aspect. the ignorant self rightchious will be getting the worst of it in some places.

will the USA people suddenly start too beleive in ideasaround climate science and start beleiving what scientists have to say ?
probably not. their track records shows they tend not to come together and learn, merely divide sides up and try and create administrative divisions to create their own little kingdom of authority which cant seem to act when their neighbouring state is in the middle of a crisis. as if a different state is a different country... and the xenophobia that seems to be cmmon place now in the USA applys to state boundarys in how systems get set up.

i find it all a little bizar but thats the way they seem to like it build it(over and over again).
sad, but you cant help those who refuse to help themselves and are just going to keep making the same mistakes over and over again deliberately in a selfish power hungry manner.

specially considering the USA(which i am merely using as an example and i do not dislike americans particularily, i even really like[love in a holistic spirtual way, greatly adore and admire in other ways] some of them).
i truly feel for those americans.

i forgot to mention bangladesh, though they have less technical ability. 1 third of the entirecountry under water... crazy !
