Is it really a rewrite about consent, or is it a rewrite about how men need to protect women from themselves? After all, the original was about two consenting adults doing the dance of justifying their action to themselves. How about the Cheesecake Factory? In my most depraved state and without using the King's language I couldn't utter a more stinging insult. Guy's a loser, couldn't get laid in a women's prison with a handful of pardons.
