Brothers suffer paralysis when sun sets

Now that is strange. I wonder if the hospital has the sophisticated equipment for evaluating brain waves? My granddaughter has narcolepsy and one of the symptoms is her hand goes limp she is overly excited. That got her in trouble in school because the teacher didn't believe she was having trouble holding a pencil. None of us had any understanding of it until last week when a brain wave evaluation revealed she has narcolepsy and sleep apnea. The brothers dying suggest sleep apnea could be involved?

I think it must have something to do with their metabolism slowing down around sunset. A certain threshold is crossed and bang! their brains shut down into some narcoleptic state. Really a sad situation.
