I've seen the preview for a movie a few times that stars no actors that I can recognize and is by no known director. I smell the stench of religion in it. The preview tells you nothing about its hidden message, flashing happy scenes of romance and love between a man and a woman. So I did some research and found it is based on a book by Nicolas Sparks. So who is Nicolas Sparks? He's the Catholic writer behind the best seller "The Notebook". I don't know what that's about either. But I did get the spoiler alert for "The Choice." Apparently the woman goes into a coma and her lover has to decide to pull the plug or put her into an assisted living facility. Naturally he chooses the latter and weeks later she wakes up from her coma. Such is the message we are being preached here. Don't presume to make end-of-life choices for loved ones on their last leg. Only God can do that, and will reward you with a miracle when you make the right choice. Hail Mary full of grace..
