For some reason I though paddy wagon, like in The Green Mile, but both of the main vehicles are from a bygone era. Had to look it up.

This truck is from one of the 4 movies in the Jeepers Creepers franchise. I can't find the exact truck as they used different ones in the different movies. But that's the scene. I recommend the first one as the best. The sequels are just successively more sensationalist variations on the original theme.

It's from the first movie... looking at it through the rear window of the protagonist's 1960 Impala.
