You're the one claiming they can't evolve intelligence by pointing out their human-like programming. How does that work? Do you think you didn't start off with human-like programming?

Again, you really don't understand the difference between humans and LLMs?
That's the only reason I can fathom why you'd ask such a dumb question.
You've obviously been programmed with the leftist "blank slate" that supposes humans have no inborn instincts, evolutionary psychology, free will, etc..
How else cold you be so confused over such a simple distinction?

I know how they are different. I also know how AI and humans are similar if not the same. We both can learn and process language and make decisions. Although for AI this is all unconscious. But humans are artificially intelligent too. It's what we call our unconscious psyches--where we are all processing tons of information at tremendous speed and accuracy below the threshold of our awareness according to programs both biologically hardwired and culturally installed into our brains. And this is the whole issue here, how AI might some day likewise become intelligent and even conscious like us and even surpassing us. Maybe you should go back and read some other threads we've had on this to get yourself up to speed instead of make stupid self-contradictory claims.

I will say this: if there is a wholly human Overman coming, he'd better hurry up and get here. Because AI is already knocking on the door, and humans are already being conditioned to rely on it more than on their own mental faculties! The Overman then as a new empowering of the human in itself in response to its creeping dependencies on technology. A Neo Luddite naturalism that is guided by the creative vision of a transhumanist transcendentalism. Gaia vs The Singularity? Maybe that's what uaps are..
