Shadow people and The Hat Man (The Why Files)

Can't say I've seen any of these in my life that I know of. The very thought of one of them in my room at night is enough to make me close my eyes tight and think of good things. Yet people worldwide report the same thing in every culture and their own experience and even have videos and photos of such. Sleep soundly tonight!
