I'm glad they included pasta. Though not as bad as beans. Broccoli is notorious for the silent but deadlies. Cheese? Not so much for me. I guess all this is relative to the gut bacteria levels in your digestive system. Also whether you are lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant.
