I thought "Fails" was just a quirky stage surname that Talbot's childhood friend chose for himself, as an actor. But apparently it's real (especially since he plays himself).

Talbot's first film -- "American Paradise" -- was only 18 minutes long. With that kind of brevity, I'd almost expect YouTube to have the thing itself online, rather trailers. But not the case.
