Family fun day horror as gunman 'fires warning shots' then 'kills teen'

INTRO: A gunman “shot in the air as a warning” before firing at a boy, 15, as people ran for cover at a family fun day in a London park.

Rene Graham was killed in Emslie Horniman’s Pleasance Park, also known as Teletubbies Park, at about 7.20pm on Sunday, with police launching a murder investigation.

Police officers, the London Ambulance Service, and London’s Air Ambulance all attended, but despite the best efforts of the emergency services, the teenager was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with information or footage to come forward following the shooting. Four men, two aged 21 and the others aged 20 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in custody.
