VIDEO EXCERPT: Today, I want to bring you the news from Austria and Europe. Let's start with the most concerning news: the European Union has now banned cash payments over €10,000. That really sucks. I think that really infringes our freedom.
Of course, they say they are doing it because of money laundering, and because of a handful of criminals. So now we, the law-abiding citizens, which are the majority in the European Union, now we have to give up our freedom so that they can fight a few criminals who are doing money laundering.
I have to say this is a high price that we are paying, and it will not work out, anyway, because criminals always find a way to make payments. So what's going on here is basically a complete erosion of our freedom, and people really need to understand this.
If you don't have cash, what are you going to pay with in a crisis, when there's a blackout and nothing is working anymore? Cash is important, it's a valuable means of payment.
For me, it's pretty clear that they want to get rid of cash because they don't like the anonymity that we have as citizens. They really want to know everything that we are purchasing and doing, and why...
