So I was nonshalantly perusing the jerky section of my local grocery the other day and lo and behold did mine eyes see the glory of the coming of a new product! Bacon jerky! Needless to say I bought 2 pkgs of the sublime fleshy scraps, savoring each succulent and juicy mastication on the drive home. 2015 has brought us many things, but it shall remain marked in my memory as the holy year they invented bacon jerky!
