Does anyone know of a SHTF occasion when people have broken up into small groups or tribes? Makes good Mad Max films but in realiiy?

Hopefully it was only after the Ukraine invasion started, but it seems like CP predicts every week to be the start of some apocalyptic phase. He must be tuned-in to more conspiracy outlets than the Chicago World's Fair had light bulbs.
