Amended description: Cabin downgrades (literally - gravity assisted down) to very temporary 'houseboat'.
Spectacular vid. Entertaining for viewers, not so much for unfortunate owner(s).
Occupants were presumably safe and sound on terra firma at the time.
It's the same old story worldwide. Flood prone real-estate is relatively cheap upfront for a reason. Buyer beware.
