Quote:"It's got a very different look on the outside. We've tried to be gender-neutral and race neutral. We're just trying to make something that has the basic human characteristics and expression without putting anything else on top of that. So hence the gray faces."

Well, that explains the grey aliens. Yazata was right -- UAPs are from the future. Wink

Shulamith Firestone would be happy, too, now that the technological bodies which will replace us at some point will be sexless and undifferentiated in appearance. (Rival sex-robots are worrying, though. They may have to be banned and destroyed, lest they evo-engineer toward a humanoid species that keeps the biological reproductive forms alive.)

"Shulamith Firestone’s best-known work is the 1970 book The Dialectic of Sex: The Case for Feminist Revolution. In it, Firestone says that a culture of sex discrimination can be traced back to the biological structure of life itself. She claims that society may have evolved to a point with advanced reproductive technology where women could be liberated from “barbaric” pregnancy and painful childbirth. By eliminating this fundamental difference between the sexes, sex discrimination could finally be eliminated."

It would still take thousands of years, at best, for the evolutionary psychology built upon the biology to give way. Not that imposed by men, but that drives female behavior.
