Wish I could regularly eat more "potato anything", but they've got a high Glycemic Index.

Despite supposedly being low in purine content (a plus for gout sufferers) and having low fructose.

Not that I have Type II Diabetes, but that's one piece in the precautions as to why I don't. (Intend to keep it that way; can't get myself to trust exercise alone.)
