President Dumbass retweets bizarre QAnon conspiracy theory

"President Trump retweeted a QAnon conspiracy theory that the killing of Osama bin Laden was staged — sparking outrage including from the ex-Navy SEAL who shot the al Qaeda founder himself.

Trump retweeted the post on Tuesday from a since-suspended account that claimed former President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden tried to have the SEAL team killed in a plot to stage bin Laden’s death.

“Hiden Biden and Obama may have had Seal Team 6 killed! EXPLOSIVE: CIA Whistleblower Exposes Biden’s Alleged Role with the Deaths of Seal Team-Claims to have Documented Proof. RETWEET!!!” the original post from the account Oscar the Midnight Rider 1111 said.

It linked to a story about the QAnon-pushed conspiracy theory, which claims a body double — who was also “killed” — was used in the raid.

Trump’s retweet drew the ire of Robert O’Neill, the SEAL member who fired three fatal shots into bin Laden’s head during a raid on the terrorist’s Pakistan lair in 2011.

“By doing this stuff on the internet and making such light of something like this, you’re really trampling on the grave of some of the best heroes I have ever personally worked with,” O’Neill said on CNN. “It’s really a shame we’ve gotten there because of politics.”

“He can go over to the CIA anytime where there’s a file cabinet with a picture of bin Laden’s head and my hands are in the picture,” the veteran continued.

O’Neill, 44, also addressed Trump on his own Twitter.

“S–t. I just found out that I killed Osama bin Johnson. Drinks are on me, I guess…,” he tweeted on Tuesday.

He also responded to the account that originally posted the conspiracy theory article, writing, “I know who I killed, homie. Every time.”

O’Neill spoke out again on Thursday, posting an undated photo of himself and others in military gear.

“It happened,” he wrote.

The account that initially tweeted the bogus story appears to have been suspended and the retweet no longer appears on Trump’s page.

On Tuesday night, the president retweeted another QAnon-linked account with a different conspiracy theory claiming Hillary Clinton and Biden worked with Iran to have bin Laden transferred to Pakistan for “Obama’s trophy kill … right before his reelection.”

What? An incumbent retweeted something some people might believe is damning to his opponent? And in such a tight race too? How dumb can you get? 9_9

He traffics in conspiracy theories and lies. That's his defining trait. A lying liar spuing bullshit. If that's as good as we can do for the president of our nation, then we are in sorry shape.

No, that's just the only trait you can manage to apprehend. Those traits don't get you three historic peace treaties in the Middle East, create historically low minority unemployment (help minority communities better than O-Biden ever did), etc.. But you think senile Biden is better. Did you even see his nonsense, meandering answers to softball questions in is town hall tonight? Trump did him a huge favor in the debate, not letting him talk more.

"The Darwinism versus intelligent design debates are just one example of the way in which commentators often mistake what is written by experts -- who are, by definition, more interested in and motivated by a topic than the general populace -- for a reflection of public opinion. Either that or they assume that any reader who encounters these books will be helplessly swayed by their framing of the argument. It’s the same impulse that makes people worry about the influence of video games, pornography, fake news, conspiracy theories, school syllabuses, advertising, politicians’ gaffes, etc. Those things may have some effect, but a growing body of research is sceptical of the basic model whereby people simply imbibe what they’re exposed to."

So MR would seem to be in the same camp as those who "worry about the influence of video games, pornography, fake news, conspiracy theories, school syllabuses, advertising, politicians’ gaffes, etc.". But then, MR believes in UFOs and ghosts. 9_9

Yeah, because everyone disavows things they know nothing about, huh?

Will you now disavow the Guatemalan Resistance Front? It's a radical militia group that regularly tortures innocent people.

Now, you might say "yes" simply from the description I've given you, but you'd be better off researching it for yourself, as disavowing a fictitious group (I just made up) would make you look like a moron. It'd be equivalent to you disavowing flying dragons, as if it were a serious contention.

Trump's just too much of a troll to simply say, "I just retweeted something that was negative about Democrats". As we've seen, throughout Trump's presidency and things like the Kavanaugh hearings, slung mud doesn't have to be true...it just has to be muddy.

Too bad so many adults are so naive of reality.

QAnon isn't a fictitious group though. It really exists and can be researched easily by anyone with access to Google. Ignorance is no excuse, especially for the President who is surrounded by informants.

Bravo! You win the award for completely missing the point!

That it was fictitious had nothing to do with it, other than to make sure I'm asking you something of which you have no idea. Feel free to name and disavow ANYTHING ELSE you know zero about. Go ahead. We'll wait.

If I didn’t know better I’d think of this as one of the better Virtual Reality video games. If it isn’t then it should be.

Now if I was running for re-election and knew of a virtual reality video game that convinced people to vote for me last election then I wouldn’t for any reason try to change their minds. I’d play that card over and over again. It’s like politicians don’t play to the intelligence of the electorate anymore, just the stupidity. Not saying it’s right or wrong but whatever works.
