That's what I initially thought of. Not the least due to all the speedsters (both villains and heroes) running about on that CW show.[*] Flash himself isn't even permitted the space of being unique.
[*] Zoom, Reverse-Flash, Jesse Quick, Kid Flash, The Rival, Savitar, etc.
