Actually, as shown in the three videos I posted above, tables as well as spoons work just fine.
What is the attractive force between hands and table called? Can it be measured? Do the hands (force) only attract the material directly under them or do they affect the whole table?

No attractive force between the hands and the table. Just the demonstrable psychokinetic force of the group members moving and lifting the table. Nobody so far has been able to measure it.
