Yeah, only in Democrat-run cities, where the looters know the cops will be told to stand down and DAs won't prosecute most of them. Enabling never works. The rabid left eats itself, including burning down its own neighborhoods. And if Biden were to win, it would all be over, as Democrats in these cities and states would suddenly become hard on crime, so they can claim the kudos for the disaster they've wrought....but erroneously blamed on Trump.

Now, there could be an outside chance that looting could continue under Biden, but likely not immediately after a Biden win. There's always some political office campaigns in need of something terrible for people to cede more power to the government to fix. For the left, there is no end-game to any given problem. Just new problems to be invented for any issue. Just look at how Obama wrecked race relations.
