A whopping 92% of vehicles stolen and recovered by Tracker were taken without using the owner’s keys. That’s a rise of 26% in four years. It’s thought that this could be down to thieves hacking cars with keyless entry functions. This convenient system allows you to get into your vehicle and start it without having to get your keys out. The fob itself permanently transmits a signal to the car. Using a relay device, criminals can hack this signal, open the car and drive away. Even when the fob is inside the house... (MORE - details)

There's the vast cultural gap between the US and UK in a nutshell.

A car model called the "Autobiography"?? Who drives it, little old grandmothers?

Here in the US it would be something like "Annihilator"

The internet informs me that Autobiograhies are indeed marketed in the US. Maybe the reason I've never heard of them is that they start at $130,000. It does kind of explain the name though. They seem to be aimed at wealthy self-absorbed people. (There's no shortage of those here in California.)

It does explain the car's attraction to car thieves though.
