i thought sea planes were rougged sturdy craft.
i wonder if it could potentially be something like a methane sink or thermal downdraft.
mangrove swamps create massive heat & probable thermals.
they also create methane if i am not mistaken.(thus i wonder how prevailent methane sinks might be in mangrove swamps/estuaries.
