quite deep unlikey to cause any isues
only real risk is an under sea land slide or sudden sea floor movement which is unlikely

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-49209310

Quote:A powerful quake off the Indonesian island of Java has rattled the capital Jakarta but there appear to have been no major casualties or damage.
A tsunami warning after the quake, recorded by US monitors as being magnitude 6.9, was later cancelled.
The quake struck at a depth of 52.8km (33 miles) at 19:03 (12:03 GMT).
Indonesia has a history of devastating earthquakes and tsunamis with more than 2,000 killed last September on the island of Sulawesi. The Indian Ocean tsunami of 2004 killed 170,000 people on the Indonesian island of Sumatra after a quake of magnitude 9.1.

i was expecting something like this around the china border south china sea area.
after the continued deep movement over the last 3 weeks on top of that i am inclined to beleive they may well expect something around a 7 in the next 2 to 4 weeks
anywhere around south china sea Indonesia and Philippines along the fault line just before it or just after it.
rough guess around the sulu sea area.

or
if it releases pressure into the PULUA SIMEULUE island area FAULT line where the bigger quakes have occurred many years ago, that might be considerable.
but its all total guess work

deep movement on all sides of the lower rim plates
suggesting possible direction of continued direction toward upper half of Philippines
we shall see in the next week or 2
its not a science, its just a rough guess

This afghanistan quake is unusual, i have not seen one this deep for a few years.
lucky it was very deep because they dont have many and have lots of loose rock mountains and narrow passes.
they would be subject to vast levels of land slides if they got these type of quakes within the 10km depth range i should expect.

Taiwan is what i was expecting from the recent activity but a lot earlier, i would have expected the Taiwan quake in around another 7 days time.
