Why are there only 11 names in the member list?

My name and several others are not showing. Stryder recently did some changes and may not have finished tweaking the items of lower priority. I expect that he will reply to your question.

My name isn't showing either, but if you know of someone in particular that you're looking for and believe that they joined for example, you can click on the letter that begins their first name, and then type the rest of the name, and you'll be able to verify if they're here. I tested it with my name just now.

It's a weird bug involving privilege groups (In regards to administration more than entitlement), apparently while the primary group that everyone belongs to is set to show, if any of the secondary groups is set to not show it overrides showing on the memberlist. I've set all secondary groups that people are apart of to show so you should see who's here now.
