Who's observing OUR superpositions?

There are interpretations that don't require collapse, so observation does not have a special function. Some of those that do require collapse view it as detection rather than observation. So whether it's a detector or the cat, the probability wave function is collapsed long before the box is opened. And some of those consider any physical interaction to be a detection that collapses the probability.

But none of these differ experimentally.
