Compelling video of a uap captured by a carpenter on his cellphone in Acosta Coasta Rica in 2007. Has the classic shape of a flying saucer that is rotating as it hovers in midair. Then it suddenly turns on its side and flies away. Estimated size about as big as a tractor wheel. Analysis performed by ex-Navy pilot Chris Lehto of the video stabilizes and slows it down for a better view. The video has been analyzed by video experts and found to be genuine.

Though it's after the key year of 2006, it's doubtful that quadcopter UFO-shaped drone saucers were commonly available in 2007. And the object doesn't resemble non-modified versions of the radio-controlled flying saucer toys that were around from 2004: https://www.ebay.com/itm/134769080244

INTRO: In the afternoon of 23 April 2007, Ray Bowyer, a pilot flying south towards the island of Alderney in the English Channel sighted unidentified flying objects. He reported the sighting to an air traffic controller, who told him that a second pilot had seen something similar. In Bowyer's report to the British Civil Aviation Authority, he said he saw two bright, stationary objects. Two passengers on Bowyer's aircraft said that they saw unusual coloured lights at the same time. Proposed explanations for the sighting have included earthquake lights and sun dogs....

Outstanding! Earthquake lights, sun dogs, or any other atmospheric mirages are totally ruled out due to 1) the objects being detected on radar 2) the objects changing in their orientation 3) the objects being witnessed by a pilot coming from the opposite direction. Plus the pilot's detailed description of the objects as disc-shaped with a dark marking on the end. A mile long craft would be good candidate for a mothership, similar to the extraordinary Alaskan encounter by the pilot of Japan Airlines cargo flight 1628 in 1986:
