It is my intent to use the best data I can find to allow others to make decisions - as far as global warming is concerned, personally, I don't have a dog in the fight.
The graph I posted was intended to show that there is no simple relationship between global temperature and local climate temperature - by all means, using your preferred source, give your estimate of the difference in global temperature between what we associate with the 'medieval warm period' and the 'little ice age'.
Sea level height is probably the best indicator of actual global warming with the slight problem that most land is either rising or falling for other reasons. Do you have a sea level graph/data that you are happy with?
