An Afghan migrant repeatedly raped goats and sheep on farms and was caught on camera in the act. Before we have a look at the video, which is a lovely video... Let's just look at the details of this story.

A 19-year-old Afghan national is due to appear in court today ... after being arrested for repeatedly breaking into farms and sexually assaulting goats and sheep, causing serious injuries to the animals. Maybe this isn't the light-hearted story I thought it was going to be. According to local farmers and police reports, the suspect carried out the attacks over roughly two months...

At least six animals were victimized. Some on multiple occasions. The assaults caused visible injuries, including bloody vulvas, vaginal, and anal lacerations. What on earth? So, he wasn't even just having like straightforward sex with the animals. He was having anal sex with the animals. One young lamb was so severely injured that his life was in danger at one point.

This another story I wrote for the Federalists, it was actually the black community that the had the highest level of opposition to gay marriage.

But again, this is the point that coastal elites in their bubbles of affluence ... as Charles Murray documented in Coming Apart. They are just inclined to believe because they don't spend enough time with people outside of their bubbles, whether that is in their own cities, people of less affluence or in "flyover country".

They were inclined to believe that the SPLC was absolutely telling the truth that people opposing the full slate of cultural progressivism are necessarily bigoted and hateful. So you would often see the SPLC cited as a credible source.

When I say often, I mean it was like a reflex and to some extent still is like a reflex. Whenever you're covering one group or the other, it's just: Boom! SPLC is says this is a hate group, even if it's mainstream... (MORE - details)

INTRO: For the past nine years, wildlife officials have been battling nutria, a large, semiaquatic rodent with a long tail and beaverlike teeth that’s native to South America. The destructive critters, which can wreak havoc on wetlands, crops and water infrastructure, were discovered in 2017 in San Joaquin Valley, an agricultural area in the middle of the state. That was a bit of an unwelcome surprise, because nutria were thought to have been wiped out in California in the 1970s.

Now, authorities have come up with a possible explanation for how the animals ended up there again. Recent genetic testing conducted by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has revealed that the state’s nutria are closely related to a population in central Oregon.

The findings suggest that the pests got a little help crossing state lines from humans, who deliberately—and illegally—transported them to California, CDFW announced on April 7. Scientists detailed their research in a study published last November in the journal Evolutionary Applications.

“Given where nutria were rediscovered in California, it is nearly impossible that they could have migrated there on their own,” Michael Buchalski, a geneticist for CDFW, writes in an email to SFGate’s Ariana Bindman. “It’s too far of a distance, and we don’t find any nutria in the areas in between. That was a bit of an unwelcome surprise, because nutria were thought to have been wiped out in California in the 1970s.

Now, authorities have come up with a possible explanation for how the animals ended up there again. Recent genetic testing conducted by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has revealed that the state’s nutria are closely related to a population in central Oregon.

The findings suggest that the pests got a little help crossing state lines from humans, who deliberately—and illegally—transported them to California, CDFW announced on April 7. Scientists detailed their research in a study published last November in the journal Evolutionary Applications.

“Given where nutria were rediscovered in California, it is nearly impossible that they could have migrated there on their own,” Michael Buchalski, a geneticist for CDFW, writes in an email to SFGate’s Ariana Bindman. “It’s too far of a distance, and we don’t find any nutria in the areas in between.
