Citing the “progress of human civilisation” as well as growing public concern over animal welfare and prevention of disease transmission from animals to humans, China’s Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Affairs singled out canines as forbidden in a draft “white list” of animals allowed to be raised for meat. There's two mutts both on chains, I guess owner doesn't trust the butcher. Just look at the general uncleanliness of the place. Cigarette butts, garbage and I don't know what that pulverized green stuff is that's on the ground, dog's hindquarter view may be a clue. Can't see the flies. |
