this looks like a minor eruption or magma shift
negative 800meters from sea level = roughly 800 meters in the air which would place it roughly inside the cone.
maybe it was a collapse or a large gas eruption
maybe the data is too general and its nothing
i think these usgs sensors may be further away so they may not be as accurate as those on hawaii
