Heres snack recipe i found:::

Poor a tablespoon or so of good tastin extra virgin olive oil over a mixin bowl fulla kale... swish the kale around to get a coat of oil on it... spread it out on a cookie sheet an bake at 350 for about 15 minutes... when its done it will start to brown some an be a bit crispy (taste for doneness while its bakin)... when done it tastes a bit salty so no added salt needed... an its good wit or wit-out some garlic powder sprinkled over it after its done.!!!

I snacked on raw kale while it was cookin Smile

I've never tried kale. There's some great recipes for kale and sausage soup. I will have to get some and bake it. I love the idea of snacking on greens..

I'm not sure what kale is.

Whatever it is, everyone seems to be talking about it.

I seemed to like the flavor of colllard greens more than kale when I tried kale.  I might substitute kale sometime and see again.

I might like Kale if I got to know it.
I like girls called Kate so I'm only one letter away already.
They are sassy.

Crucifers are good for men in particular.
Spinach is the best.

We occasionally take some kind of vegetable / greens tablet with kale in it (along with alfalfa, etc.). Every time so far it has alleviated indigestion and gotten rid of nausea / vomiting; also diarrhea and perhaps incidents of borderline fast-food poisoning for hubby (pretty severe whatever they were, before they got zapped by the tablets). I keep anxiously waiting for an occurrence where it doesn't work so I can return to a confident feeling of unmitigated skepticism about a panacea solely targeting routine GI problems which was never marketed as being such.
