Gremmie lost his PW... has requested new PW's twice an got 'em... but nether one helped him to get loged in... any suggeston.???

I've attempted to send an email with a change of password manually set for Gremmie to his email address. He should be able to login with that (I just tested his account just now and it does allow signing in, not sure what's blocking him from access)
