I saw that. My son is an MMA fighter. I sent it to him and asked him if he thought he could do jiu jitsu on a mountain lion. He said it was going viral on all the MMA sites.
That's crazy!

What a waste. Mountain lions will back down if you protect yourself and fight back. They are use to grabbing their prey by the neck and taking them down quickly. They do not like pitched fights.
So there was likely no need to kill it to fend it off safely.
