Evolution of the human face in 2 minutes - Magical Realist - Aug 1, 2018

The face of homo sapiens has become flatter over the eons. More like an oval screen. The loss of the snout and the thinning of the nose and enlargement of the eyes. The prominence of cheekbones. The fetalization of the head. The evolution of the human face is a study in the refinement of visual aesthetics via sexual selection. Observe this change over a period of 6 million years sped up to 2 minutes..

Cool.
Now before.anyone starts calling me a racist or whatever, it's 2 minutes to the Caucasian face. Not saying one race's face looks better or worse than the other but ...... I better stop here.. Besides I'd like to.see the female version.

Jeezuz, I hope.when scientists.sit down to discuss man's evolution that they aren't afraid to get into the racial aspects for fear of upsetting some political group.

Probably a quite outdated number since 1998, for a variety of reasons, but...

125,000 generations since the emergence of the first Homo species. If each was represented by a single individual and they were lined up in a row, the line would stretch over 24 miles extreme minimum (38 kilometers), and significantly farther than that at max or in real world conditions.
