It's a lake on one of the larger islands the Philippines. The lake has an island in it that in turn has a smaller lake in it (a volcanic crater) that has a little island in it. The little island is one of only two 'third order islands' in the world. The other one is in the tundra of northern Canada.

I can picture myself sitting in an inner tube with a frozen margarita floating in that lake within an island within a lake within an island..Perhaps a blue macaw squawking on my shoulder..
