I pondered the thought of this some time ago in regards to the continued increase in peoples longevity. The thought was that in the future, people will likely be calling on their Grandparents to do particular tasks (like lift heavy object) because rather than attempting to stride round with a Zimmer frame, they'll likely end up partially mechanised with equipment that will make them far more able to fullfill tasks/jobs than people younger than themselves (without the exoskeleton)
