We are neither objective bodies nor conscious subjects - Magical Realist - Oct 23, 2026
We are only ever remembering our own subjective conceptualized interpretation of the world, not the objective world itself. An interpretation itself filtered again by our own editing and selectivity of our own memories of it. An interpretation that remains stable not because it is true or an accurate representation of reality or because it is consensually-shared but because it works in enabling us to live and survive. It is the phenomenal qualia of our conscious that don't change, not reality itself. Just as a bat or a bee's inner interpretation remains stable. We are thus living in a hallucinated 3D map of reality, and not reality itself. We are neither conscious subjects of the world, nor real objective beings. We are what navigates and moves and projects and maps itself onto reality from inside its own private map. We are agents--pure intentional energy-- not physical bodies OR conscious subjects. And we only ever know ourselves tacitly and intuitively not semantically.
