It says be sure to get enough vitamin  B12, vitamin D, iodine, calcium, and protein.  I don't like salt and I hope to try out some kelp for iodine.   I found also that tendon, ligament, and cartilage health needs special watching and am going to try to get some gelatin because my tendons and ligaments are too weak.   I also add that Vitamin C is important in building tendon and ligament collagen (probably skin too).
