Tried some of this today. Seasoned it with season salt. Maybe I didn't cook it long enough. Tasted grassy and crunchy.. Will use bone broth and butter tomorrow.
Next day: Fantastic! Bone broth and butter make the difference. 3 minutes in the microwave. Really satisfying source of lots of veggies and fiber!

Never mind. Go buy some frozen veggies packages from the store and heat them in the microwave with salt and butter. Far better.
