SpaceX is now trading on NASDAQ as SPCX - Yazata - Jun 12, 2026 It was initially valued at $1.75 trillion and it's already up 20% in its first hours of trading. That puts its value at over $2 trillion and when Elon's share in SPCX is combined with his share of TSLA and his other companies, it definitely makes him history's very first trillionaire! Hard to believe that circa 56 years ago the United States was pronounced the first country in history to have a GDP that exceeded a trillion dollars in value (relative to that era). Now a single individual has acquired that measurement. This is the SpaceX recovery team at Port Canaveral RE: SpaceX is now trading on NASDAQ as SPCX - Yazata - Jun 15, 2026 French futurist intellectual Brivael Le Pogam just posted his opinion on SpaceX and it's kind of beautiful and memorable - This is a guy who understands Elon's vision and manages to capture what it is that has got me (and millions like me) so tremendously excited. (Highlighting by me) Quote:SpaceX closed its first day of trading at $2.1 trillion, +19%. Everyone’s looking at the number. No one’s looking at what it’s actually pricing. RE: SpaceX is now trading on NASDAQ as SPCX - Syne - Jun 15, 2026 Aspirational is always better than envy. RE: SpaceX is now trading on NASDAQ as SPCX - Zinjanthropos - Jun 16, 2026 He may be rich but I still think it’s a Ponzi, very elaborate and apparently legal. Figure when SpaceX doesn’t live up to expectations that he’ll have some other idea to sell. https://www.moomoo.com/community/feed/musk-s-three-step-conceptual-ponzi-scheme-116744694661125 RE: SpaceX is now trading on NASDAQ as SPCX - Syne - Jun 16, 2026 Uh, the largest, most powerful rocket ever launched to space is delivering on expectations. The company that spurred automakers to go electric delivered (no matter how you feel about EVs or Musk). You don't manage to build and sell many companies worth billions from not delivering. When?… hasn’t happened yet but I’m confident it will. As recently as April 2025: Robotaxis will cover "half the population of the US" by the end of the year. Today, a grand total of 60 cars operating in 3 cities. Those Tesla taxis work real well as long as humans are driving them. Tesla still hasn’t reached level 4 for autonomous vehicles. Must be a human behind the wheel ready to respond should car not function safely. They could if they really wanted to simply deal with a company that has the real time operating system they need but Musk has consistently said no to this and instead says they’re building their own….this has been the case for many years and apparently has cost a few billion dollars if you want to believe him. All that’s left is wait and see. Going to need heavily autonomous robots, ones that can operate on other worlds without humans directing every move. That would be level 5 autonomy, something no one has reached although there are rumours US military have a few trucks that operate this way. Trucks aren’t going to build you infrastructure on Mars or the moon by 2030. I’ll admit my error if that happens, no problem. I think better off investing in a top robotics company. Still risky but robots are what has to happen first. RE: SpaceX is now trading on NASDAQ as SPCX - Syne - Jun 17, 2026 Who said anything about autonomous vehicles? We won't need autonomous robots until Mars, and a permanent moon base is happening first. You're not getting the payload necessary for robots to build any infrastructure without the heavy launch capabilities that SpaceX has already demonstrated. Robots are no good if you can't get them and building materials up there. 9_9 |
