How I got rid of ME/CFS ... https://youtu.be/WJBlno--e3o RE: How I got rid of ME/CFS (Survival Lilly brewing) - Zinjanthropos - May 14, 2026 Couldn’t listen to her whole story, was making me tired. However I did notice her wristwatch. Probably one of those watches that tells you lots things like heart rate, BP and so on. I remembered reading something about too many gadgets spewing information could be linked to mental stress and fatigue problems. From Google: Quote: Mental Fatigue and StressInformation Overload & Anxiety: Constant notifications from smartwatches can increase mental stress, anxiety, and a feeling of being constantly monitored.Constant Monitoring: The expectation to wear devices 24/7 (even while sleeping) to track metrics can lead to annoyance, "alarm fatigue" from notifications, or anxiety about health data.Decision Fatigue: While some find a single watch reduces decisions, others feel "watch fatigue" from managing a collection, or the mental drain of a smart device requiring daily charging. Personally I figure it’s just life and lifestyle, not necessarily their own, that wears people down but no expert on subject. Maybe she talks about it later in vid, idk. Just to show you how easy it is to wear down, here’s another Google quip: Quote: Blogging from a parked car can be a double-edged sword, acting either as a necessary, quiet "haven" for creativity or a stressful "mobile prison" that causes anxiety. While many use their vehicles as a, "[transition space]" to process thoughts and decompress between work and home, this habit can turn into a stressor if it becomes an uncontrolled, unproductive, or isolating routine. Or just one of a myriad of ways to become fatigued. Something worked to get her out of it so she is going to promote it and stick with it. |
