Never pick a fight with Jack Reacher - Magical Realist - Mar 25, 2026 The neighborhood speed Nazi pushed him off his bike first, so it was self-defense basically. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qoWYNGQobI RE: Never pick a fight with Jack Reacher - Syne - Mar 25, 2026 Really? Wanting people to follow the speed limit in a neighborhood with kids playing is "Nazi"? Granted, this guy shouldn't have gotten physical. That was stupid. But the Reacher actor didn't even know enough to avoid whiskey-throttling* his bike.... almost right at the kids.
*"Whiskey throttle" is a dangerous, often involuntary, motorcyclist term for suddenly and excessively twisting the throttle, causing uncontrollable acceleration. It typically happens when a rider is startled or thrown backward, causing them to hang on to the handlebars while holding the throttle wide open, often resulting in a crash. RE: Never pick a fight with Jack Reacher - C C - Mar 25, 2026 In addition to being big and athletic, Alan Ritchson has bipolar disorder. So that's another reason not to provoke or agitate him. I can't believe he only weighs circa 235 pounds. He often looks 300. In the show, the only actor I've seen larger than Ritchson is Olivier Richters, who had a role in the third season of Reacher. It was astonishing how much Ritchson was dwarfed by Olivier Richters. But the latter is actually the one who weighs 342 pounds and is over seven feet tall -- so I guess that firmly clinches Ritchson as only being 235 and six foot three inches. |
