Guess who historical photos.. - Magical Realist - Jan 20, 2026 ??? ![]() RE: Guess who historical photos.. - C C - Jan 20, 2026 Remarkable, the resemblance to ER when her image was taken circa that age. And they did this a lot back then, even as late as the 1940s (as evidenced by some old, general, personal family photographs dating to that decade). Obviously didn't take in this instance, either, and it's kind of remarkable how the public of these earlier eras was so little paranoid about things along that line, compared to today. The association really wasn't even on their minds, if one goes by the numerous antics in movies ("Fanfare of Love"), cartoons (Bugs Bunny), and child photography. RE: Guess who historical photos.. - Syne - Jan 20, 2026 ER was the clue I needed. Turns out both male Rs had childhood pictures in dresses. Unlike today, children were seen as sexless/genderless until around age seven, when boys were given pants to mark entering boyhood. |
