Nice. I scrolled down the whole list and saw some I never even considered. Another one would be sculpting with clay. I used to do this as a kid and it has that OCD repetitiveness and demand for scrutiny that tends to be therapeutic for anxiety types. There is something about working with one's hands that relieves stress. As in punching keys on this plastic keyboard. And the accomplishment of a form out of one's own imagination and effort gives one a sense of pride in oneself as well.
