RE: The Internet Archive - C C - Oct 15, 2025 I notice that the "public domain" movies and television shows are probably till there, but many if not all the ones pushing the boundary have been removed. EDIT: Hey, "Sorcerer" is still there, so maybe I'm jumping the gun with respect to them cracking down completely. Of course, it's on YouTube as well (albeit with ads), so clearly I just don't fully grasp what the parameters of public domain status are. (No, the latter high-def version has apparently been approved with respect to copyrights, and the one on Archive is an old DVD or videotape rendering.) |
