This one also comes from Bashar. I have always been partial to the relational concept of space as proposed by Leibniz. That in fact there is no absolute space in itself as Newton taught but only a relative localization of objects and events among each other. Here Bashar uses a similar idea to explain the interstellar travel of ETs. It tracks with everything we have observed of uaps.
