Functions come in a variety of forms - from linear to quadratic. We model real world motion using functions. We have seen how two related quantities can change. Calculus provides us with new tools that help us predict the behavior of functions, along with any other functions we may encounter.
We have seen how a graph of a function, such as y = f(x), is transformed when the equation of a function takes a new form, such as y = x^2 + x - 5.

Science is an inherent property of mind. This implies a God who must be invoked in order to justify the metaphysical reality of mathematics and how it is superimposed onto physical reality. Reality follows specific patterns that allow us to translate them into mathematics. Which suggests that mind = reality.
