INTRO: Every state has that one city—you know the one. The city that makes headlines for all the wrong reasons: crime, poverty, corruption, bankruptcy, or just good old-fashioned dysfunction. In this video, we break down the 10 U.S. cities that are dragging their states down like a rusty anchor.

From Detroit's water crisis to the forgotten streets of Camden, we take you on a brutally honest (and slightly sarcastic) tour of the cities that are more liability than asset. Whether it’s failing schools, collapsing infrastructure, or economies stuck in reverse, these cities are doing the absolute most to tank their state’s image and statistics. These in some cases are the worst cities and most dangerous cities in the United States.

Before there was the Toronto Blue Jays, friends and I satisfied our major league baseball fix by driving 4 hrs to Cleveland. On our last trip we turned on Cleveland radio only to hear newscaster say 'Bloodbath on the streets of Cleveland last night '. Apparently there were 10 murders committed. Not exactly what a tourist wants to hear.
