We are trained to think it is impossible for two different things to be the same thing at once.
Say like a triangle and square. It is undeniable in 2D space that these two shapes are not the same thing and indeed couldn't be. But here's a little trick we can perform that amazingly reveals how they can be one and the same thing. The holism of the higher resolves the contradictions of the lower.
