Parody Alcove: Just an oppressed citizen expressing his collectivist belief that anyone exclusively possessing property is a thief (Pierre-Joseph Proudhon), and protesting accordingly. Doubtless, he would also allow anyone to take the ATV or correspondingly damage it: "I don't own this transportation device, it belongs to the community."
